Once applied, the tiny tubes bind to your lashes and can't run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you sweat, cry, or rub your eyes. Use on clean and dry lashes.
Start from the base to the lash tips, and wiggle the wand slightly from side to side.
Wipe the neck of the bottle after each use, and close cap tightly to prevent drying out.
