SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we only ship to commercial salon, establishment locations and with exceptions to residential addresses*. We absolutely do not ship to PO Boxes.

You should receive your order within 1 – 3 business days once your order has been shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

During extreme weather conditions or the holiday season, please allow a few extra days for your shipment to reach you.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $699*. Online orders under $699* a flat rate shipping fee of $15.95 applies.

A standard shipping fee of $15.95* also applies on orders placed with Customer Service. This does not include Overnight or other shipping exceptions and options. Additional fees will apply in these situations.

RETURN POLICY

Sweis Inc. accepts items for return or exchange of items within 90 days of original purchase. Return or exchange items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

All returns must be approved and please note that restocking fees may apply.

Sweis Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges on opened hair extensions, special order items, testers, brushes, expired products, discontinued items or brands, items with discontinued packaging, novelty or seasonal items or cosmetics that were sold to an end user.

Return of Online Exclusives Marketplace Items:

Marketplace items are fulfilled by a third party vendor as indicated on the item's product page. Customers shall be entitled to a refund, less any applicable shipping costs, on their first Order from Brand, provided that refunds are requested within 30 days of receipt of Products and Customer returns the Products in unopened and unused condition (an "Approved Refund"). Customers shall be entitled to make a claim with respect to any defective Product within 30 days of Customer's receipt of the Product, and, upon Customer providing Brand reasonably satisfactory documentation regarding such defect, Brand shall promptly provide Customer with replacement Product at Brand's sole cost and expense. Online Exclusives Marketplace Cancellation Policy:

Marketplace items are fulfilled by a third party vendor as indicated on the item's product page. Once an order is in fulfillment, sellers are required to approve cancellation. To cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process, please email [email protected].
